Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Stir Fry with Chicken

1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
350 g bok choy
100 g Snow Peas
120 g Carrots
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
3 tsp peanut oil
400 g chicken breast
5 tbsp stir-fry sauce
250 g Rice noodles

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Stir Fry with Chicken

  1. heat 1 tsp sesame oil and 1 tsp peanut oil

  2. add diced chicken breast

  3. fry thouroughly

  4. take chicken breast out of the pan

  5. add 2 tsp peanut oil

  6. add minced garlic and peppers, snow peas, carrots and bok choy

  7. fry for a few minutes

  8. add chicken breast again

  9. stir in stir-fry sauce and cooked rice noodles
