Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Stew

1 serving Molinera Red Kidney Beans
1 serving Ram Chick Peas
268 grams Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
392 grams Chayote, Fruit
298 grams Broccoli
134 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green
143 grams Onions
5 clove Garlic
3 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Stew

Saute onion, garlic and bell peppers in olive oil. Season with 1/2 tsp. salt. Add brocolli. When semi tender, add chayote, then zucchini. Add chickpeas and red kidney beans last. Season with last 1/2 tsp. salt.
