Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable stew

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
2 medium potatoes
1 zucchini
1 cup mushrooms
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
30 grams gouda cheese

Recipe Directions for Vegetable stew

Put in olive oil, spread around the dish. Layer the vegetables in whatever order you prefer. Place onion rings on top and cover with mayonnaise and grated cheese.Cook in the oven for 1 hour at 375 degrees F. I use covered glass container.
