An healthy vegetarian version of spaghetti bolagnase

Recipe Ingredients for vegetable spagbol

5 sprays of cooking spray
1 zucchini
1 pepper
1 onion
2 tomato
1 clove of garlic
150 g chopped mushroom
120 g Spaghetti, Whole-wheat, Dry

Recipe Directions for vegetable spagbol

  1. chop all the vegetables into small chunks and rush the garlic

  2. put the spaghetti into a boiling pan of water

  3. heat up oil in a frying pan

  4. add the the veg into the fryig pan

  5. leave to cook until all the veg are done

  6. get your spaghetti when cooked and add to the pan with the veg in stir around making sure at the spaghetti is coated with the veg and sauce

  7. serve on a plate and eat
