300 g tofu
500 g eggplant
425 g celery
75 g red lentils
425 g mushroom
250 g tomato
2 tbsp lemon grass, chopped
3 vegetable stock cubes
2 tbsp tom yum paste
200 g spinach
200 g broccoli

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup Type 1

  1. Boil water.

  2. Chop all vegetables. Add to boiling water.

  3. Add crushed stock cubes.
