Low calorie, highly nutritious soup

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Soup

480 g cabbage
140 g Broccoli
200 g zucchini
130 g leek
234 g celery stalks
35 g green pepper
371 g celery root
40 g ginger
3 g garlic
112 g onion
38 Chicken Stock Cubes
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp curry powder
1 7/10 liter water

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup

  1. Heat the oil, add onions, stir fry 1 min.

  2. Add carrots and leeks stir fry a few min.

  3. Add garlic, ginger, green pepper and celery sticks stir fry a few min.

  4. Add following one at a time strirring well in between broccoli, celery root and cabbage.

  5. Add boiling water and chicken cubes, boil.

  6. Add zucchini.

  7. Cook on low heat until all cook well about 30 min.

  8. Serve with cilantro, lemon and black pepper.
