Simple vegetable soup using stuff from my garden. (Big Batch of Vegetable Soup)

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Soup

3 cup, diced Celery
5 cup, chopped Carrots
6 cup, chopped Onions
4 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 cup Beans, Snap, Green
4 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1/4 cup Olive Oil
6 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
2 tsp Sea Salt
2 tsp Pepper, Black
4000 g Natural Foods - Organic Vegetable Broth
4 tsp Soy Sauce
4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup

  1. In a stock pot sauté onion in olive oil until it sweats (about 15 mins)

  2. Add broth, carrots, celery, beans, zucchini. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 20 mins.

  3. Add tomatoes, peppers, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and worcestershire sauce. Simmer for another 15 mins.
