quick and easy soup. taken from another recipe and adapted to my amounts.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Soup

150 g carrot
75 g onion
450 ml broth
320 g cabbage
150 g green beans
80 g pepper
100 g sweetcorn
120 g celery
4 tsp tomato puree
140 g zucchini

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup

  1. fry carrot and onion with garlic

  2. add stock, cabbage, green beans, pepper, sweetcorn, celery, tomato puree and herbs. cook on low heat for 15 mins

  3. add courgette and heat through
