Vegetable Soup with Vegetable Broth

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Soup

16 oz Vegetable Stock
2 medium Carrots
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 serving Premium Selection Italian Seasoning
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
16 oz Diced Tomatoes
1 serving Olive Oil Extra Virgin
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup

Chop & saute onion, celery, carrot in olive oil - 5 minutes. Add 1 can diced tomatoes, garlic powder, italian spices, saute 5 minutes. Add water & stock. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer 15 minutes. Serve.
