Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Soup

6 carrots
3 green peppers
6 stalks celery
1 large onion
220 g green beans
250 g crushed tomatoes
39 g onion soup mix
2 teaspoons black pepper

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup

chop carrots, onions, celery and green pepper. Add to water (I cover the vegetables and then add about another 1 1/2 inches. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 1/2 hour. Add green beans (canned, frozen or fresh) add tomatoes, soup mix and pepper to taste. Continue simmering for about 1 hour
