Be creative with this soup, vegetables don't add much flavour by themselves so use this recipe to experiment with different spices you may not have used before.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable soup

8 cups water
1 zucchini
1 carrot
6 mushrooms
1 bunch spinach
1 tomato
1 small onion
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon Chilli

Recipe Directions for Vegetable soup

  1. Chop all vegetables

  2. place in pot of water on the stove

  3. when boiling add flavours and spices

  4. simmer for 20-30 minutes or until vegetables are soft and fall apart easily
