Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable soup

1 medium Onion, All Types, chopped
1 Turnip, chopped (medium)
2 medium Leek, chopped
100 g Swede, chopped
2 cup+slices Parsnip
250 g Carrots, Old, Raw, chopped
2 cube(s) Knorr The Chicken Cube, dissolved in 1 litre boiling water
2 s Beans, Green, top and tailed and halved medium [82659] cup 1 portion

Recipe Directions for Vegetable soup

  1. fry onion and leek

  2. Add all other vegetables except green beans

  3. add stock/water and simmer gently until cooked

  4. Blitz until texture you prefer

  5. Add green beans and cook for further 10-12mins
