Vegetable Soup Serves 4 - 2 cups

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Soup

1 cup Celery, chopped
1 cup Carrots, chopped
1 cup onions, chopped
2 cups green beans, cut
1 cup corn
2 cups potato, cubed
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
32 oz chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup

  1. Prepare all vegetables.

  2. Sweat onions, carrots, and celery in pot.

  3. Add the rest of the vegetables, chicken broth, and seasonings.

  4. Bring to a boil, let boil for 1minute. Then reduce to simmer. Let simmer until vegetables are tender.
