Very healthy totally vegetable soup

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable soup

110 g parsnips
194 g carrots
180 g butternut squash
89 g white cabbage
100 g onion
400 g potato
89 g swede
9/20 pint water

Recipe Directions for Vegetable soup

  1. Skin potatoes, parsnips, swede and onion

  2. Put in saucepan with water, bring to boil and then let simmer for about half an hour

  3. Mash up vegetables in the saucepan

  4. Skin and cut up the carrots, butternut squash and white cabbage and add to the soup

  5. Wait 20 minutes or until the carrots are cooked
