4 serving Organic Broth

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup

Saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Add spices and stir for 1 minute. Stil in the chopped vegetables and canned tomatoes with liquid. Add vegetable broth and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in beans then simmer for 20 more minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
