Asian style veggie soup. Use veggies galore!

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable soup

1 spear (about 5" long) Broccoli
3 mushroom Mushrooms
1 cup Bok Choy
0.5 cup Beans, Snap, Green
0.5 cup, strips or slices Carrots
1/2 cup Tofu, Firm
1 tbsp Mugi Miso (Soybean
1 serving miso gravy
0.25 cup Wild Rice, Cooked
0.25 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Vegetable soup

Add Tamari for seasoning. Make broth using Miso paste, miso broth, a tsp tumeric, a dash of sesame oil. Pre chop veggies. Boil broth and drop in tofu pieces to soak in broth, then drop veggies in broth, hardest ones first (carrots, broccoli stems) then most tender veggies last. Cook veggies until just crisp and colours are still bright. You could add ginger and garlic if desired. Add precooked wild rice and brown rice at last minute to heat through. Make a large pot and freeze or save for other meals.
