10 cup of chicken broth 1 cup green beans 1 leek 1 large zucchini or 2 small 2 carrots 1 cup of kale 3 tbs of onion 3 garlic cloves 1 tomatoes fresh or can diced 1 can of northern white beans 1 cup of celery

Recipe Ingredients for vegetable soup

1 cup chopped Leeks
1 large Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, chopped Kale
4 tbsp chopped Onions
1 Medium Tomatoes
1 cup Beans, White, Mature Seeds, Canned
10 cup Light
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup Plain Cut Green Beans

Recipe Directions for vegetable soup

  1. cut all vegetable in small dice

  2. heat chicken broth up to a boil and lower heat so the veggies do not boil

  3. add all vegetable with harder ones like carrots first and softer one liketomatoe last

  4. cook untill carrots are tender

  5. add toasted wheat bran at the end to add more fiber

  6. et voila an healthy meal
