Easy Vegetable Soup. Open cans and dump. Makes approximately 25 1-cup servings.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Soup

98 ounces fat free chicken broth
30 ounces Italian style stewed tomatoes
14 ounces canned peas
30 ounces sliced carrots
15 ounces cut green beans
30 ounces new potatoes
30 ounces kidney beans
8 ounces ditalini

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup

  1. Open all cans, pour into large (and I mean LARGE) pot. Heat on medium.

  2. Cook one half box of Ditalini, add to soup while cooking.

  3. Add a couple of tablespoons parsley and black pepper.

  4. Add a few pinches of baking soda.

  5. Enjoy!
