Vegetable Soup made with leftover veggie

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Soup

5 carrot Organic Carrots Bag
2 medium stalks Organic Celery
2 cup Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
0.5 medium Onions
1 cup, chopped Cabbage
1 cup, cubes Turnips
4 serving Organics Free Range Chicken Broth
1 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup

Soften oinion in pan with olive oil. Add stock and rest of the vegetables, bring to the boil then simmer for 25 minutes. When soup cools, blend in blender.
