Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Soup

2 quarts of water
3 vegetable bouillon cubes
3 celery stalks, chopped
1/2 cup of portabella mushrooms, chopped
1 scallion, chopped
1/2 cup of carrots, chopped
8 oz orzo pasta

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup

Put bouillon in 2 quarts of water and bring to a boil. Add in chopped vegetables and let simmer for a few minutes. Add orzo pasta and cook until al-dente. Serve immediately or freeze for another day.
