Healthy and Delicious Veggie Soup

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable soup

2 cups tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 cups fresh mushroom, chopped
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
4 cups broth
2 cups zuchinni, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped

Recipe Directions for Vegetable soup

  1. Combine all ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Simmer just until tender. Divide into 5 1 cup servings and have a bowl each day for lunch. Enjoy.
