A good vegetable soup. I use spicy tomatoes for a 'kick'

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Soup

1 c. carrots
1/2 c. diced onion
2 garlic cloves
6 c. fat free chicken broth
2 1/2 c. diced green cabbage
1 c. fresh green beans
20 oz. can tomatoes
3/4 c. diced zucchini
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup

  1. Saute carrots, onion and cloves in a pot sprayed with Pam. Add chicken broth, cabbage, beans, tomatoes,

  2. celery, green pepper and seasonings. Simmer on low heat until the beans are done. Add the zucchini and cook an additional 5 minutes.
