Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Soup

1 cup vegetable broth
3 carrots
3 celery stalks
2 onions
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cups great northern beans
2 cups kale
1/2 cups parsley
14 oz crushed tomatoes
2 cups green beans
2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup

Sautee mirepoix mix in olive oil, then add to crock pot. Add broth and all other chopped vegetables, with herbs and tomatoes, to the crock pot. Set heat to High and wait.
