Recipe Ingredients for vegetable soup

2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1 c onion
1 garlic clove
3 c celery
3 c carrots
2 c potatoes
6 c cabbage
6 c chicken broth

Recipe Directions for vegetable soup

  1. chop all ingredients

  2. saute in butter and oil

  3. add chicken stock

  4. let simmer
