Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable soup

180 g carrots
60 g celery
120 g leek
60 g onion
140 g cauliflower
9 oz courgette
5 oz spinach
2 chicken stock cubes
6 cups of water
400 g canned tomatoes
2 g olive oil

Recipe Directions for Vegetable soup

  1. Chop all ingreadients

  2. fry carrots, celery, leek and onion for 5 minutes

  3. add rest of ingredients

  4. bring to the boil

  5. simmer for 15-20 minutes
