Quick vegetable soup. Add whatever spices you want.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Soup

15 oz cooked red beans
15 oz diced tomatos
1 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup potato
1 cup cooked kale
4 cups water
1 1/3 tbsp vegetable broth powder

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup

  1. Prepare and saute vegetables in non-stick pan or roast in oven.

  2. Disolve broth powder or bullion cube in warm water until disolved.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a pot or bowl and cook until vegetables reach desired tenderness.
