Vegetable juice with fresh vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Soup

64 oz vegetable cocktail
16 oz vegetable cocktail
2 lbs carrots
3 stalks celery
1 medium onion
1 1/2 cups yam
1 can sweet cream corn
3/4 oz basil
1 tbsp italian seasoning
1 tsp parsley
1 zucchini
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tbsp garlic

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup

  1. Chop Vegetables

  2. Saute Onions and Carrots and Garlic until onions are translucent

  3. Add all other ingredients except zucchini

  4. Bring to boil and simmer for an hour

  5. Add zucchini and simmer for another hour and a half
