A very hearty, and filling soup, made from whole foods, with no salt or spices added!

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Soup

4 roma tomatoes
1 medium potato
1/4 green pepper
1/4 yellow onion
1 cup frozen broccoli
5 button mushrooms
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup

  1. Peel the potato and and put in a pot of boiling water

  2. Chop up all of the vegetables and set aside

  3. After potatoes are soft drain out MOST of the water, there should still be a cup left.

  4. Put in the tomatoes and wait until they begin to breakdown in a sauce

  5. Put in all other vegetables.

  6. Soup is done when onions are tanslucent, and broccoli is soft.

  7. Serve hot.
