Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Soup

2 cups celery, chopped
2 cups carrots, chopped
2 cups green peppers, chopped
1 1/2 cups onions, chopped
28 oz tomatoes
80 g onion soup mix
1 tsp pepper
1 cup lentils
12 cups water

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup

Put all ingredients in a pot. Cover with water. Boil for 1/2 hour, then simmer for 1 hour.
