Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Soup

1 zucchini
1 1/2 medium potatoes
14 oz diced tomatoes
6 cups beef stock
1 medium onion
1 garlic clove
4 carrots
25 green beans

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup

  1. Saute carrots, onion, and garlic in a greased pot for five minutes or so

  2. Add the rest of ingredients and let simmer for about an hour
