Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Soup

12 cups water
2 servings vegetarian vegetable bouillon
3 tbsp garlic, pressed
2 tbsp olive oil
8 small potatoes
5 carrots, chopped
1 onion, chopped
30 oz kidney beans, rinsed
8 oz whole wheat pasta

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup

Saute the garlic in olive oil in a pot and add the boiling water/bouillon to it. Add vegetables as appropriate.
