Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Soup

4 cups vegetable broth
4 cups water
29 ounce diced tomatoes
1 cup sliced carrots
2 cup green beans
2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced potato
1/2 cup chopped onion
6 servings vegetable soup mix

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup

  1. ?Stir together all ingredients in a large pot and bring to boil

  2. ?Reduce heat to simmer and cook until all veggies are tender, about an hour
