Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Soup

2 tomatoes
12 oz chicken broth
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 red bell pepper, diced
1 zucchini, chopped
1 squash, chopped
1/2 lb baby carrots, chopped

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup

  1. Cook carrots with broth, water and salt/pepper.

  2. Add rest of the veggies and cook when done.
