Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable soup

1/2 cup lentils
1/2 cup navy beans
1/2 cup peas
3 tomatoes
1 carrot
2 small onions
1 zucchini
1 cup spinach
1 medium potato
1/2 cup brown rice
1 red pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon dry oregano
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups water
2 vegetable bouillon cubes

Recipe Directions for Vegetable soup

Combine ingredients with 4 cups water, bring to a simmer, cook 20 minutes or until potatoes and beans are tender, adding water along the way if necessary.
