225 g zucchini, raw
200 g summer squash, raw
275 g sweet pepper, green, raw
100 g carrots, raw
125 g celery, raw
7 ounces mushrooms, raw
14 1/2 ounces tomatoes
17 ounces chicken broth

Recipe Directions for vegetable soup

  1. Dice ingredients.

  2. Season to taste with chili powder, oregano, garlic, pepper.

  3. Add broth and simmer.
