Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable soup

5 medium scallions
1 cup butter beans
2 cups spinach
5 cups carrots
4 cans tomatoes, red, ripe (760g)
1 cabbage head, medium
6 stalks of celery, small
1 clove garlic
1 large red bell pepper
1 large green bell pepper
1 stalk broccoli
1 cup brown rice
1 packet

Recipe Directions for Vegetable soup

Chop all vegetables. Put in large stockpot. Add 5 litres of water. Bring to boil and simmer for 2-3 hours.
