Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable soup

200 g leeks
50 g lean ham
50 g potato
200 g green cabbage
2 med carrots
1 stock cube

Recipe Directions for Vegetable soup

Peel carrots and chop everything up. Don't bother peeling the potatoes, who knows you may get more vitamins that way. Boil until tender. Season to taste.
