Homemade vegetable soup with chicken bouillon base

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Soup

14 oz. canned tomatoes
1.67 cups carrots
2 cups diced potatoes
1 cup diced onion
2/3 cup diced celery
1 cup turnip
1 1/4 tbsp chicken bouillon
5 cups water
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp thyme

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup

Chop vegetables. Mix with bouillon and water. Cook on low in slow cooker for 8 hours.
