Vegie soup with cabbage, carrots, okra, gr. pepper, onion, Ro-tel no boullion. Season with pepper, garlic, basil

Recipe Ingredients for vegetable soup

1 1/2 cups celery
10 oz okra
15 oz tomatoes
4 cups cabbage
4 cups carrots
1/4 green pepper
1/4 onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 cup asparagus
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for vegetable soup

  1. chop all veggies

  2. put 6 - 8 cups of water on stove over med heat

  3. add veggies, pepper, garlic, basil

  4. bring to a boil

  5. turn down and let simmer to desired tenderness/flavor.
