Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Soup

1 cup, diced Celery
4 cup Soup, stock, chicken, home-prepared
4 cup, chopped Carrots
1 parsnip (9" long) Parsnips
6 cup (1" cubes) Pumpkin
2 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweetpotato

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup

  1. Saute onions

  2. Add stock

  3. Add grated veggies

  4. Top with water and boil

  5. Blend for a smooth thick soup
