Homemade Veg soup w/sweet potatoes, green & yellow squash.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable soup

1 cup onion
1 cup celery
1 cup carrot
8 oz sweet potato
10 oz zucchini
9 oz yellow squash
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
4 cups water

Recipe Directions for Vegetable soup

  1. Saute onions w/carrots and celery. Then add Potatos.

  2. Add broth and bring to boil.

  3. add zucchini and squash and simmer 5 more minutes.

  4. Season w/S&P.
