1/2 cup portabello mushrooms
5 stalks celery
1/2 yellow onion
15 carrots
40 green beans
5 cloves garlic
1 green pepper
1 zuchinni
2 medium red potatoes
3 medium tomatos
3/4 cup brown rice

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup w/ Portabello Mushrooms

Dice it all up, throw it in a stockpot, add water and rice and cook for approximately 2 hours. My children love it.
