Very delicious and quick to prepare soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable soup with Philadelphia (cream cheese)

70 g cauliflower, small flowerets
70 g broccoli, small flowerets
70 g carrot, diced
60 g brussels sprouts
2 medium potatoes, diced
35 oz vegetable stock or water
1 black pepper
1 salt
2 pinch nutmeg
35 g cream cheese, eg philadelphia, light would be the best

Recipe Directions for Vegetable soup with Philadelphia (cream cheese)

Add all ingredients to boiling stock (water) and cook until tender. Blend the soup and add salt and pepper to taste.
