Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Soup by Katie

3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 cup Butter Beans
1 cup chopped raw Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms Packaged
2 cup Beans, Snap, Green
4 tsp Garlic
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
10 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, All Varieties
1/4 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
32 oz Organic Vegetable Stock
2 cup Beef Broth

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup by Katie

  1. slice up all vegetables

  2. stew the tomatoes, onion, garlic, bell pepper

  3. add the rest of the vegetables minus the mushrooms

  4. add the stock and broth

  5. cook on med heat for about an hour and a half.

  6. add mushrooms when you have a half hour left of cooking

  7. serve and eat

  8. add sea salt, black pepper, and cayenne to taste if necessary
