Lunch, Brunch or Starter for main meal. NOTE:2 Bay leaves could not be analyzed - zero calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Soup (Homemade)

2 large onions
2 large sweet potato
4 medium potato
6 medium carrots
6 stalks celery
4 pints water
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
6 cups water

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup (Homemade)

  1. Chop all vegetable into approx 1" cubes.

  2. Put all ingredients into large pot.

  3. Bring to boil and simmer for approx 30 minutes.

  4. Allow to cool slightly, then puree and divide into portions.

  5. Freezes well.

  6. Can also be used to make dip (add chili spice and and ounce or two of cream cheese- warm in microwave and stir well).

  7. Or sauce for pasta.
