A fairly healthy, very yummy soup

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable soup - homemade

1 2/5 lb stew beef
1 lb. fresh carrots
4 medium red potatoes
2 medium red onions
29 oz. stewed tomatoes
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 lb. mixed vegetables
1/2 lb. lima beans
3 tsp. black pepper
3 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Vegetable soup - homemade

  1. Cut meat into small pieces and boil for at least 2 1/2 hours.

  2. Season with salt and pepper while boiling.

  3. Chop onions and add. Continue boiling.

  4. Chop carrots and add. Continue boiling.

  5. Wait 15 minutes. Add mixed vegetables and limas.

  6. Peel and chop potatoes. Add and continue boiling.

  7. Add tomato sauce and tomatoes. Continue boiling for about 20 min.

  8. After 20 min, or when potatoes and carrots are done, let cool and serve.
