1 lb lean ground beef
46 oz tomato juice
58 oz mixed vegetables, homestyle large cut
15 oz stewed tomatoes
2 2/3 cup green beans, cut
3 1/2 oz sun-dried tomatoes, cut

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup with Ground Beef

  1. Brown the ground beef.

  2. Season to your taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Lawry's Seasoned Salt.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients, stir, reduce the heat.

  4. Heat the soup until hot.
