Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Soup with Butter

1 head, medium cabbage
6 medium red potatoes
1 1/2 sticks of butter
6 cups vegetable stock
1 cup dill
2 parsnip
1 large raw turnip
3 carrots

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Soup with Butter

  1. Chop all vegetables and butter.

  2. Saute all vegetables other than cabbage over medium heat until carmelization begins.

  3. Cover with vegetable stock.

  4. Add cabbage.

  5. Cook on medium low heat until cabbage is tender.
