5 grams Green Lentils
5 tbsp Carrots
5 beans (4" long) Beans, Snap, Green
10 grams Cracked Wheat
3 tbsp Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched

Recipe Directions for Vegetable soup with broken wheat and Oats

Add water and boil all the ingredients except lemon juice. Once done add some salt and lemon juice.
