Very versatile vegetable soup. I prefer this soup for lunch. Adding white fish makes it a nice dinner.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable soup alla Marius

1100 g cabbage
3 carrots
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 red pepper
200 g chick peas
1 liter tomato juice
1 oz lemon juice
125 g spinach
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 pepper
3 tbsp curry powder

Recipe Directions for Vegetable soup alla Marius

Prepare the vegatables. Cut to medium size pieces and put in a large pot. Add tomato juice and water, so it covers the veggies. Boil for ca 45 min. Run soup thru blender to make it smooth. Add spinach and reheat.
